I just love these shams! So this one is made from left over quilt scraps and canvas. I have black piping 3/4 around with 1/4, the lower corner black lace. The pillow form is down. I love down pillow forms they just give shams the best shape!
Here is a close up of the screen print. I did this by ironing the fabric on to wax paper, this makes it stiff and also allows it to feed through your printer! Then I put this in the paper feed tray face down and printed my picture onto my fabric! Great, right!
This screen print was much easier to do, do not try to run burlap through your printer, it is much too thick. This is a screen print that I purchased from Plaid Pantry. It is the easiest to use, fun, and the results are perfect. This pillow is burlap which is very rough and dense. Take a close look though, I used my hot tool to embellish the chandelier with jewels!
This is a picture of the screen print that I used and the paint! They have all kinds of prints and colors of paint! What a fun and easy project to try out! If you try it, be sure to share your projects with me.
This is what the template looks like and can be used more than once. They post for use of 20+ times!
